Our OTSC system represents a new class of endoscopic clips providing signifi cantly more strength and better tissue capture compared to conventional clips delivered through the working channel of the flexible endoscope.

The OTSC system consists of the OTSC clip, the OTSC applicator mechanism with respective accessories and specific OTSC application aids.

Applications of the OTSC® system include:

  1. Hemostasis for non-variceal bleeding (e.g. peptic ulcer bleeding, arteries ≤ 2 mm)
  2. Endoscopic marking
  3. Bleeding after gastrointestinal tissue acquisition procedures
  4. Closure of gastrointestinal tract wall perforations in cases where surgery is not preferred
